Settling dust

It's amazing what can save you. A revelation, a broken heart, losses, gains, new faces, a sense of belonging, pain, tears, laughter & beautiful defeat. It's everywhere and it's all saved me. There's a sense of having so much air to breathe when dust settles. When did letting go feel so liberating and not as if I had lost everything?

A tugging in one's heart. A breaking point. The knee dropping, begging to take every ounce of life in, good, bad & unbearable, love. I drink it all in. Never deny yourself the time it takes to re-evaluate everything. A life can be born again when everything before has saved you.

I never cared to write a history. I know my love and how it got here. Learn to love again like never before and vow to love until your dying day. You'll know it every time you look at me and anytime I glance back at the settling dust.

I've been posting photos/designs and such that I find inspiring as well as some of my own stuff. Archiving is a good thing, both for my original designs and also things I like to wrap my head around. I'll note when it's original stuff. I have a solo show coming up in November, so I will most likely be documenting/archiving that as well on here.
